My outlook 2010 always wants to save Normalemail.dotm when I close it. To fix this i created a .reg file with the following content and double clicked it:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice14.0WordOptionsWordMail] "ATUserAdded"=dword:00000001
After that the problem was fixed.
